Meet Anna

I built The Lucky Movement from a question I asked myself on a really hard day: how lucky are we to move?

I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis at 11. A chronic illness that, in its worst seasons, made brushing my teeth feel like a full workout. Living in a body that fights you teaches you something no certification can — that movement is a privilege, and it deserves to be treated like one.

I’m a BFA-trained dancer with a focus on kinesiology. I’m certified through ACE as a personal trainer, through BASI Pilates as a mat and reformer instructor, and hold my Corrective Exercise Specialist certification. I’m also trained in pre and postnatal fitness.

I spent years in LA’s elite fitness world before building my own method — one rooted in what I truly believe: that feeling strong is one of the most radical, sustainable things you can do for your life. Not for the mirror. For you.
